Project Rush
Terms & conditions
These launch-stage terms summarize how customers use the Project Rush marketplace. Final legal, payment, tax, cancellation-fee, retailer-return, and membership terms must be reviewed and approved by the appropriate professionals before launch.
Marketplace service
Project Rush connects customers with participating retailers and delivery services. Product availability, delivery areas, timing, and eligibility may vary.
Product availability
Product data may include the name, images, description, retailer, store location, price, size, color, variants, and current availability where provided. Physical store inventory can change quickly. Availability shown in Project Rush is an estimate and is not guaranteed until the item is successfully located and purchased.
Orders and pricing
Customers review merchandise prices, discounts or credits, estimated taxes, service fees, and delivery pricing before placing an order. Final totals are displayed before confirmation.
Delivery
Delivery pricing may depend on membership, distance, stores, order size, demand, estimated time, promotions, and other disclosed factors. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Cancellations and returns
Cancellation rights depend on whether a courier has accepted the delivery and whether merchandise has been purchased or collected. After purchase, eligible items follow the participating retailer’s return process. Review the Cancellation Policy.
Memberships and promotions
Membership benefits and promotional offers are subject to eligibility, active dates, applicable limits, and the terms displayed with each offer. Paid membership enrollment remains unavailable until approved billing rules are connected.
Support
Customers can request help, report order problems, and manage delivery, return, payment, membership, or account concerns directly within Project Rush.
Ownership and access
Project Rush retains ownership and administrative control of its technology, accounts, data, and digital assets. Access for staff and outside collaborators is limited by role and business need. Review the Ownership & Access Policy.
In-app services
Normal customer and courier activity is completed inside Project Rush. Approved technology providers may support secure backend services without requiring users to create a separate relationship or leave the Rush experience. Review the Technology & Provider Policy.
